The exhibition explores the major environmental, spatial, social, and economic challenges facing the sustainability of agri-food systems. It presents innovative solutions to problems related to food production, distribution/management, and consumption, showcasing the synergistic paths of study, development, and experimentation developed in recent years by the transdisciplinary research activities of various teams at the Polytechnic University of Milan.
